ETHIOPIAN HARRAR

The Harrar region produces a native arabica and is generally harvested October to March.
 Harrar is from the East of Ethiopia and is distinctly different to all other Ethiopian coffees.
Roast/Cupping Notes:
Can take a dark roast. Light acid with high flavour. Full body with rich, deep almost syrup texture, with a wild wine note. Flavours of blackberry.
