Origin: Grown in Caldos, Colombia at 1700 to 1900m above sea level.

Shade grown and harvested from March to June and October to December.

 Regarded as Colombia’s best due to its specialty characteristics bean size, clean parchment, low percentage of Pasilla and low level of plant disease.

Roast/Cupping Notes: Medium flavour, medium acidity, syrup like consistency in body, and a long smooth cocoa finish.

This coffee is typically described as rich in the body and mild in flavour with a clean mouth filling flavour.
