Cerrados
are a deep greenish/blue colour in the raw bean with the usual slightly
Brazil foxy appearance.
When roasted they have consistent, even
roasts with medium body: a little acid and a sweet finish in the cup.
They are easily blended and usually add a satisfying after taste to the
cup.
They are very balanced beans and not over powering in any one
characteristic.
Good flavour and low acid with full middle palette with a smooth, dry, cocoa
finish.
