“In the African language of "Chichewa', the word 'Chipironi' best describes the early morning mist that settles on the mountain slopes in Central Africa where some of the finest Arabica coffee is grown.
With high altitude in mind, the Roastmaster (an ex- coffee estate manager from Central Africa), offers a selection of the very best coffees available from Africa, South/Central America and South East Asia.
All coffees have been roasted and blended to create a selection of taste that only Chipironi Mountain Coffee can offer you. Coffee beans are roasted separately, cooled naturally, then blended for a fusion of distinct flavour.
It's a far cry from the hill tops of the African Coffee Plantations where the roastmaster started The Chipironi Mountain Coffee Co on his Arabica Coffee Estate.
Now this master roaster has settled in what he calls the "perfect country for serving coffee" with Australia's amazing growth in coffee culture and emerging coffee connoisseurs.
